About CutMyBG
CutMyBG is an independent web tool for removing image backgrounds. It runs at cutmybg.pro and does the work in your browser.
What the tool does
You choose a JPG, PNG, or WebP image. An AI model in the browser estimates the subject and clears the background. You preview the result and download a transparent PNG. There is no account.
How processing works
The image pixels stay on your device. They are not uploaded to a CutMyBG server to be processed. The removal model is downloaded to the browser the first time you use it, then reused from that browser. That download is the model, not your picture.
Limits
Files over 15 MB or 24 megapixels are declined. Very large photos that are accepted are scaled down before processing. Edges such as hair and glass can be imperfect. The preview is there so you can see the result before you download.
